There are three main ways to deal with it:

Third, offline repair for cracks or defects serious, must deal with the sealing surface, and online can not be repaired or meet the requirements, usually using this method. That is, disassemble the container, transport it to the manufacturer, first remove cracks, repair welding, heat treatment, and then on the large NUMERICAL control device processing. The disassembly and transportation of containers require large cranes and transportation equipment, which are expensive and cause great economic losses to petrochemical enterprises.
