Purpose and scope
RTO is suitable for organic waste gas treatment in automobile and machinery manufacturing, coating lines and drying rooms; electronic manufacturing, printed circuit board (PCB) organic waste gas treatment; electrical manufacturing, enameled wire insulation organic waste gas treatment; light industry, shoe-making glue organic waste gas treatment; printing and color printing organic waste gas treatment.
It is suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas in the metallurgical steel industry and carbon electrode production; the treatment of organic waste gas in the chemical industry and chemical synthesis process (ABS synthesis).
It is suitable for various places where organic waste gas is generated such as organic waste gas in petroleum refining and chemical process.
Principle of operation
Before the exhaust gas treatment of the furnace body, the combustion chamber and the regenerative bed are preheated; after the preheating is completed, the exhaust gas source is connected to the equipment. The organic waste gas is firstly heat exchanged by the preheated heat storage ceramic body 1 under the action of the supporting fan. The waste gas enters the heating zone after a temperature increase. In the heating zone, the exhaust gas is heated for the second time. After the reaction temperature is required, it enters the catalytic chamber for reaction, generates carbon dioxide and water and discharges and releases heat energy; the treated clean gas passes through the heat storage ceramic body 2 for heat storage and is discharged by the fan. When the temperature is detected by the temperature measuring rod at the inlet of the exhaust fan and the set temperature is reached, the valve is switched from the heat storage ceramic body 2 to the exhaust gas, and the heat storage ceramic body 1 is discharged, and the cycle repeats.

Technical characteristics
1. It adopts the alternate switching technology of preheating and heat storage to make it have a higher heat exchange efficiency, the efficiency is as high as 90-95% or more, and the energy saving performance is remarkable.
2. The burner is used for heating, which can realize the proportional adjustment function of high and low power operation, and has the functions of pre-cleaning, flameout protection, over-temperature alarm and automatic fuel supply cut off; the operation is safe, reliable, efficient and durable.
3. It adopts microcomputer automatic control and multi-point temperature control to realize multiple protection actions, operation information retrieval, and monitoring information feedback, so that the system can operate safely, stably and reliably.
4. The valve adopts a pneumatic transmission mechanism, which is more sensitive and quicker than the electric transmission mechanism.
5. The gas discharged through the incineration system has a low concentration of substances: VOC<120mg/Nm³, CO<100 mg/Nm³, NOx<100 mg/Nm³.

Project case
The exhaust gas born by X auto parts manufacturing company is 50,000 m³/h, and the voc concentration is about 200-300mg/m³. For this kind of high-volume and low-concentration organic waste gas, We DHDZ and LH uses filtration + UV pretreatment + concentrated drum + rotating RTO technology to qualify the waste gas! Workshop waste gas is collected through pipes for dust removal and filtration, then pre-treated, and then passed through the runner After adsorption, discharge up to the standard.
Filtration + pretreatment + rotating drum + rotating RTO waste gas treatment process has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation and high degree of automation. After the equipment is turned on, it can be unattended. And the whole equipment is interlocked with the workshop production line control system to flexibly adjust the start and stop time, without additional manual operation.
